How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is Free and orders are usually despatched within one working day. Next working day delivery is available to customers in the UK for just £6.99. The order will need to placed and paid for by 1pm to be sent the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. International delivery is available for just £3.99.
 

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are sent the same day if the order is placed and paid for by 1pm. If the next day option is selected, we will despatch your order within 1 working day using a next working day delivery service if the products you have ordered are in stock and the order is placed by 1pm. Please note that if next day delivery is selected and paid for, it does not mean that you will receive it the day after you order it. You will receive it the day after we send it. We do prioritise all orders that pay for a next working day service. All other orders – including international deliveries – will usually be shipped within 1 working days.
 

When will my order arrive?

Next day orders should arrive the next working day if ordered before 1pm. If the order is placed on a Friday and is needed for the Saturday, then Saturday Guaranteed delivery will need to be selected and paid for during checkout otherwise it will be delivered on the next working day. For all other orders, delivery is dependent on Royal Mail although is usually within 1-7 working days to the UK and 14 working days overseas. If for some reason your order does not arrive within this time, please contact us to let us know. In cases of unacceptable delay, if the goods are no longer required, we will offer a full refund upon receipt of the goods in unopened saleable condition.
